The Central of Georgia Railway Historical Society maintains an archival collection of items related to the CofGa and its affiliated lines, including the Savannah & Atlanta, Louisville & Wadley, Wadley Southern, Wrightsville & Tennille, Sylvania Central, and Ocean Steamship Company. Much of the collection has been indexed, cataloged, and stored in acid-free folders and boxes.

Copies of most items in our collection are available at minimal cost. Although our archive is not open to the public, we can arrange on-site research in some instances.
(Note that we do not have any CofGa personnel or employee records.)
We are always happy to accept donations of archival materials for our collection, whether they be “paper” materials (photographs, reports, timetables, maps, etc.) or physical artifacts.
