Allen H. Tuten


Allen Tuten is a native of Savannah, Georgia, and grew up across from the Central of Georgia (former Savannah & Atlanta) tracks on the west side (in Garden City), near the entrance to the Savannah State Docks.

He served as Society secretary/treasurer from 1998–2002, and has been president since 2003. He edits and produces The Right Way each quarter and has been involved with the production of many recent CofGa products. He also attends many train shows on behalf of the Society.

Allen has a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Stetson University and is a self-employed music typesetter. He lives with his wife in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
